About the Malta Business Registry
The Malta Business Registry, established under Subsidiary Legislation 497.27, is responsible for the registration of new commercial partnerships, the registration of documents related to commercial partnership, the issuing of certified documentation including certificates of good-standing amongst others, the reservation of company names, the collection of registration and other fees, the publication of notices and the imposition and collection of penalties. The Registry also conducts investigations of companies and the keeping of the company and partnership register.
The Role
The selected candidate (started Salary from €15,107) will be reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration Unit and will be expected to have good communication skills in Maltese and/or English. The employee will have a smart personality and a proactive approach towards duties. Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: –
i. Be responsible for the preparation and provision of tea-related duties during meetings held on the 2nd Floor MBR Offices including the Executive Board Room, designated Meeting Rooms or other Senior Executive Offices as may be required from time to time;
ii. Keep abreast and informed concerning any upcoming meetings to ensure the readiness of associated meeting areas concerned;
iii. Ensure that meeting areas are always kept clean and in a state of readiness for the next meeting;
iv. Clear up meeting areas after meetings, coordinating this effort with other cleaners on the floor, as necessary;
v. Will be expected to always be smartly dressed during the execution of services in line with requirements detailed in these Terms of Reference as well as in line with instructions issued periodically by the Contracting Authority; and
vi. Support cleaners deployed on the various levels in the execution of their duties.
Furthermore s/he will be expected to assist in other duties as may be directed from time to time either by the Head of the Unit or by any other official to whom the Head’s authority is delegated.
Any other duties described above may change depending on the exigencies of the Unit and/or the MBR.

We are looking for candidates who possess a Clean Police Conduct.
