A presentation highlighting the process and strategy for replacement planning and the passing on of leadership roles, with the intention of identifying and developing new, potential leaders.
Forms with the MBR, Case Studies & Self-Assessment Tool
To delve into commitments abided by law towards the MBR particularly the submission of forms as well as a thorough explanation on the recently launched self-assessment tool aimed at avoiding insolvency. A number of case studies will be presented as further demonstration.
