The Official Receiver
The Official Receiver is appointed in terms of the Companies Act, Cap. 386 of the Laws of Malta and the Malta Business Registry (Establishment as an Agency) Order, S.L. 595.27. Persons authorised in writing in terms of Article 225(1) of the Companies Act may help the Official Receiver in the discharge of any functions assigned to him. The Office of the Official Receiver is currently based within the Malta Business Registry in Zejtun.
